1. For the items that are not in stock, the estimated lead time is based on the stock availability and the delivery time of our supplier(s) and our production plan at the time of your inquiry. Usually, the lead time remains unchanged at the time when you actually place an order. However, if your purchase order arrives after an extended period of time, the conditions under which we estimated our lead time might have changed. We’ll notify the customers of any delay if this is the case. 

  2. In case multiple items with different delivery times are ordered, customers are requested to indicate either one shipment or multiple shipments are required. The shipping/handling fee is a flat rate and is applied to a single shipment only. In case separate shipments for multiple items are required, the shipping/handling fee will be multipled. We strongly suggest that customers provide us with their own carrier account.
